For
operating our positioning systems for complete vehicle tests
rigs and 4-poster test rigs, a PC control is available as
an alternative to the electrical manual control panel. The
same applies to our 3-dimensional positioning system for accommodating
and positioning passenger test systems.
The
operating software XiCon for 2-dimenional and XiCon
OIS for 3-dimensional positioning systems enables the
manual, semi-automatic and fully automatic adjustment of the
individual positioning drives depending on the selected mode
of operation. With the help of the integrated database it
is possible to save and automatically activate as many position
values as required. In semi-automatic mode, manually entered
values are executed automatically. In manual mode it is possible
to change the position of the respective positioning system
in inching mode.
Optimum
handling is offered by the combination of manual and PC controlled
controls. In teach-in mode it is possible to transfer manually
executed positions into the integrated Database.
