Exhaust Line Test Rig Sub Assembly

The sub-component exhaust line test rig serves to accommodate servo-hydraulic actuators, to which exhaust systems of various series can be attached for fatigue testing.Open gantry frames can be adjusted in their position in accordance with the user's specifications, in this way allowing the suspension of exhaust systems of various series.

Each column can be individually moved in X and Y-directions, while the suspension points can also be adjusted in Z-direction. The adjustment of the individual axes is driven by means of geared motors and trapezoid spindles. Clamping is by way of hydraulically released spring clamping cylinders.

To simulate additional vibrations, an engine dummy can be mounted on a multi-axial vibrating table in the front area of the clamping plate.
